Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Onboarder

Shift/Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

Duties Include:

Support recruitment efforts by managing: interview schedules, pre-employment screenings (Drug and Alcohol, Background), reference checks and offer letters
Engage in planning strategies for recruiting needs, including but not limited to understanding job description and job qualifications
Support recruiters by qualifying applicants based on requirements
Support recruiting by placing job advertisements; using newsgroups and job sites
Thoroughly conduct applicants’ phone screenings
Administratively support the creation of employee files, answering phones, create orientation packages
Maintains human resource information system records (Ultipro) and compiles reports from the database
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning pre-hire employment (e.g.: I-9 verifications)
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
