Duties Include:
- Provides professional nursing services to residents in the Orono Commons Facility utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to meet residents needs.
- Assess plans, implements, and evaluates care for the residents.
- Documents, comments, and reports clinical issues in clear, concise manner to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures updates are clear, specific, and timely.
- Participates in all aspects of direct nursing care including responding to emergency situations.
- Participates in staff education and serves as preceptor in new employer orientation.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Current and valid CNA license in ME
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Current BLS certification is required
- High School diploma or GED
