We have an immediate opening for reliable BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for 30 week contract within a School District in St. Louis, MO.

Assignment Type: 30 Week Contract
Shift/Hours: 7hrs per day (M-F)

Duties Include:

Designs and implements behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in significant harm to self, others, or property in a residential or community based setting.
Participates in person centered plan and/or treatment team meetings to develop, review and update individual plans.
Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments; determines consumer progress towards goals and modifies behavior support plans accordingly.
Develops and implements training program for staff, other care providers, and family members in the implementation of behavior support plans and intervention tactics and techniques.
Determine data needs; develops behavior checklists and other reporting mechanisms for staff use in recoding and reporting consumer behavior

Requirements:

Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
