Provider Recruiting
• Assist in the negotiation of income guarantees.
• Maintain a marketplace presence in provider recruiting.
• Develop marketing materials regarding opportunities of the practice.
• Generate mailings, internet advertisements, and journal ads to promote practice
opportunities.
• Develop relationship with recruiting agencies to facilitate physician placements.
• Coordinate interview agenda’s with candidates, realtors, and administrators.
• Inform agencies of status of candidates.
• Follow-up with candidates regarding positions, interviews, offers, contracts and paperwork.
• Track candidates by agencies, date received and specialty.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Recruit new providers to establish new practices.
• Recruit new providers to join existing practices.
• Manage new provider pre-orientation processes.
